Dear children of the Dhamma
Life is like a river, never still, always changing. When we cling to what flows, we suffer; when we understand the flow, we find peace.
Do not search for happiness outside. It blooms quietly within a calm and mindful heart. Speak gently, act kindly, and think wisely. These are the true offerings you can give to the world.
Even in hardship, there is a path. Walk it with patience. Walk it with awareness. Walk it with compassion for yourself and others.
May your mind be clear,
May your heart be light,
And may your journey lead you to inner freedom
